On July 24, 2023, the Isha Foundation conducted a yoga session at Tele-Education School in Assam. During this session, students explored meditation, breathing exercises, stretches, and more. The Isha Foundation, guided by Sadhguru, is dedicated to advancing human consciousness and promoting global harmony through individual transformation. Over the past three decades, the Foundation has impacted over 200 million people from diverse cultural, religious, and economic backgrounds.
